Burn & Scar Salve

This salve is designed for burns and scars. It works best on freshly closed wounds, but can be used on older scars, too. It's an excellent choice for burns because it contains ingredients that smooth and heal. 

• Calendula Oil reduces irritation, promotes wound healing, soothes sunburn, alleviates rashes, moisturizes dry skin, forms a protective barrier, strengthens the skin barrier, fights free radicals, promotes firmer skin, evens skin tone, manages acne, soothes post-procedure skin, and improves stretch marks. 

• Tamanu Oil is a wound healer, provides antioxidant protection, stimulates collagen production, and promotes the growth of new healthy skin cells. It also helps to reduce stretch marks, improves skin tone and evenness, protects the skin from sun damage, and has a pleasant nutty scent. 

• Frankincense Essential Oil reduces wrinkles, improves skin elasticity, stimulates new cell growth, calms irritation, and eases skin conditions like eczema and cracked skin. It also clears the pores, reduces scarring, and evens skin tone. 

• Lavender Essential Oil has numerous skin benefits such as anti-inflammatory properties, antibacterial and anti fungal properties, reduces scarring and improves blemishes, and it contains fatty acids that lock in moisture and nourish dry skin. It provides antioxidant protection, balances the skin tone, reducing hyperpigmentation and dark spots, and has calming and relaxing effects. 

• Sandalwood Essential Oil tightens pores and improves skin tone, regulates oil production and controls acne, promotes wound healing and skin generation, helps to prevent premature aging, wrinkles, and fine lines, and reduces redness, swelling, and pain. 

This salve also makes a wonderful nighttime moisturizer. I use it at night before sleep and my face feels wonderful in the morning.
